• A deposit of 25 % of the full accommodation fee within 10 days is required at reservation stage to guarantee a booking.

• Payment of the full accommodation fee will be required  4 weeks prior to the date of arrival.

• We kindly ask you to deposit an additional „damage deposit“ of € 500,– which will be refunded within 7 days after departure minus any incidental and/or agreed dilapidation charges. The guest will be notified of such charges in writing at the earliest opportunity, in advance of their departure if possible.

Circumstances which are unpredictable may force you to change your vacation travel plans.

What do you have to do in this case?

• „Auf da Leitn 8“ must receive a notice of any cancellation in writing by fax or email.

• a cancellation fee of 25 % of the full accommodation fee will be charged occuring 1 month prior to arrival date.

• a cancellation fee of 70 % of the full accomodation fee will be charged occuring
1 week prior to arrival date.

• if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival a cancellation fee of 90 % of the full accomodation fee will be charged.

• if the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival there will be no refunds granted and the full accomodation fee has to be paid.

• We strongly recommend purchasing a travel/cancellation insurance.

Do not repair or attempt to repair or allow any third party to undertake and repair any items that are damaged or in a state of disrepair in the lodge.
