In the middle of the „Hohe Tauern“, in the middle of the Kitzbüheler Alps, in the middle of the Wildkogel.

Auf da Leitn 8 is located in the center of one of the most interesting regions in the Austrian mountains. It’s a lovely spot with almost unlimited possibilities and activities.

The lodge is integrated into the wonderful Pinzgauer landscape on the sunny side of the Senningerfeldes. It’s designed car free and so it has the character of a former village in the mountains.

Despite the simplicity of the architecture the lodge offers an extreme exclusive living comfort.

3 underground parking spaces are reserved just for you. Your luggage can be put on a luggage trolley (a so called „Ziehrwagerl“), an elevator will take you to an access level and then it’s another 20 metres to your private lodge.

In the summer you explore directly from the lodge the beautiful mountains of the „Hohe Tauern“ by bike or by e-bike.
Put on your climbing boots and discover the „Großvenediger“, „Großer Geiger“ „Großglockner“ which are all more than 3.000 metres high.
Go hiking with your family in and around the picturesque valleys.

You want to explore your holiday destination from the air? No Problem. Right in front of you lodge there is the popular and well known paragliding and hanggliding mountain called „Wildkogel“ whose landing site is located close to your lodge.

Wildkogel-Arena

The family-friendly skiing area

lies in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps within the National Park of the Hohe Tauern. The Zillertal Arena and the Kitzbühel skiing resort are nearby.

Wildkogel-Arena offers skiers and snowboarders 61 km of well groomed slopes which can be used for skiing until spring. The highest lift takes you up to 2,150 metres above sea level.

There are two cable cars (for 6 passangers in Neukirchen and for 8 passangers in Bramberg) in two sections.
Two chairlifts for up to 6 people, two chairlifts for up to 4 people and ten T-bar lifts. Five among them are especially for beginners.
