Facilities
As you enter the lodge you will be fascinated by the comfort of oak combined with the natural stone from Rauris.
Nothing irritates, there is harmony throughout the lodge because of the reduced selection of materials like natural stone, wood and corten steel.
Large glass windows bring you close to nature whether it’s the snow storm that whistles around the house, the sun that warms the stone facade or the rain which turns nature into a green oasis.

The lodge has a floor space of 230 m2 and is divided into three floors, space for 12 people.
The ground floor with 4 comfortable bedrooms, Smart TV, 3 bathrooms and toilets, a dressing room for shoes and jackets, a drying room with a boots dryer, washing machine, iron and plenty of room to hang up wet clothes.
Skis, toboggans etc. can be stored in a separated room.
The first floor with its very comfortable living room, a large Smart TV, Blue-Ray Player and a high quality kitchen with Miele kitchen equipment, like

Get together at the massive, large table made of oak surrounded by the typical „Pinzgauer“chairs which are traditionally handmade by a local carpenter and enjoy your dinner with your family or your friends while the cracking wood of the open fireplace next door can be heard.
Handicraft meets design High quality materials can be found throughout the lodge. Each piece was made and created by local craftsmen. Cosy cushions and covers give the house an even more personal touch.
Two terraces on the south and west side of the lodge each with a table, chairs, deck-chairs, parasol and a barbecue complete the exclusive feeling „Auf da Leitn“.
If necessary the living room can be separated by a wooden sliding door. This separate room allows to have a break to browse through some books from our library or have a rest after Finnish sauna, or can be used as playground for your kids. A separate toilet and shower are also located.
On the second floor with master bedroom, with its stunning view to the Pinzgauer mountains and also Smart TV.
Two additional pull-out sleeping sofas (preferably for children – 70 cm width) are available when needed.
A big bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub make this area to a special oasis.
From the bathtub you can even watch the sheep and goats graze.
Our prices
Auf da Leitn 8 is worth for a stay all year round.
There’s enough room for 12 people on an area of 230 m2 (10 beds and 2 additional beds of 70 cm width).
If there are less people don´t hesitate to ask us about an individual offer.
Outside of high seasons and by reservation gaps we welcome you very much also for a short break for at least 3 nights.
On high seasons please note that we can do reservations for 7 nights and more.
Please kindly note not to smoke inside the house.
Unfortunately, you cannot bring your pets like dog, cat & Co. Since we have many guests with allergies, we feel sorry not to make any exceptions.

The prices quoted are from-prices and for 10 full-paying guests. In the case of a lower occupancy, depending on the time of travel and number of persons (adults, children/age) and required bedrooms, we will be happy to prepare a customised offer.
Reduction for children up to 10 years in their own room and in their parents’ room from 6 full-paying guests.
Our youngest guests in baby cot are free in their parents’ room, including bed linen/ towel and high chair.

How many people can stay in the designer apartments in Bramberg?
Our holiday home in Bramberg can accommodate up to 10 people. Whether you are a couple, a family with children or a group of friends, Auf da Leitn 8 offers spacious accommodation with stunning views.
Is Auf da Leitn 8 suitable for families with children?
Yes! The house is also ideal for larger families and multi-generational holidays – with separate bedrooms and plenty of space!
Are dogs or pets allowed?
We love animals – but please understand that our holiday home is pet-free. This ensures that people with allergies also feel comfortable here.
Is there parking available directly at the accommodation?
There are three underground parking spaces available – these are already included, but you can rent an additional one if you wish. On the ground floor, you will find a storage room for skis and sledges directly in the entrance area.
How is the kitchen equipped?
Our holiday home is very well equipped – you can indulge your passion for cooking! In addition to a ceramic hob, oven and microwave, you will find two refrigerators with freezer compartments, an espresso maker, a coffee machine with whole beans and a comprehensive range of crockery and cutlery, as well as plenty of space for your food.
Is there a bread roll service?
You can get fresh bread rolls at the nearby bakery in Bramberg. Most guests enjoy breakfast on their own terrace – with a view of the Hohe Tauern mountains.
How far is it from the accommodation to the Wildkogel Arena?
The Wildkogel Arena – the family-friendly ski area – can be reached in around 5 minutes by car. Toboggan runs, cross-country ski trails and snowshoe hikes also start nearby. In summer, numerous hiking trails and bike trails await you almost on your doorstep.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is contactless and flexible – with a key safe on site. In winter, check-in is available at the reception of the Sepp Maier ski school during opening hours from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. You will receive all the information you need before your arrival by email or WhatsApp.
How many nights do I have to book at least?
The minimum stay is 3 nights. During the high season or holiday periods, the minimum stay is 7 nights.
