What do applicable restrictions due to Corona mean for a booking?
If the rental should not be possible due to an official accommodation ban, etc., you will be refunded any rental payments made or can optionally rebook free of charge. The risk for such a case lies with us as the landlord.
If a journey should not be possible due to official travel restrictions, you will receive back rental payments made or can optionally rebook free of charge. The risk for such a case lies with us as landlord.
If a stay is not possible due to personal, official restrictions (e.g. quarantine order), this lies in the risk of the tenant. In such a case our normal cancellation conditions apply.
The house can be used within the limits of the official regulations valid at the time of rental. If there are, for example, restrictions on the maximum number of people (contact restrictions= or officially required evidence (negative Corona test), this is to be observed by the tenant. Here the risk lies with the tenant. A right of withdrawal from a booking does not arise in such a case. Then our normal cancellation conditions apply.
